In development under the new and watchful eye of designer Peter Copping, the bags are an embodiment of the codes and heritage of the brand. Thus, the twist, a House emblem brings to mind the legendary Air du Temps bottle, and a tiny bow adorns each bag as a tribute to the feminity of Madam Ricci. Nina Ricci leather goods maintain fine Italian craftsmanship and focus on clean lines; they continue the lyre emblem and the twisted braids of leather and metal that have quickly become recognizable symbols of the House. Following the great leatherworking tradition, more than one hundred meticuluous manual operations are required to produce each item.
